Learning from around the world in Manchester-UFHRD 2016

As in past years, students in our Organization Learning and Development, Human Resource and Organization Development, and Higher Education Administration programs will be traveling to Manchester, United Kingdom in June to attend the 2016 Annual Conference of the University Forum on Human resource Development (UFHRD).

Led by Dr. Terri Rowland and Dr. Margaret Pentecost, our students, all of them from the department of Educational Leadership, Evaluation and Organizational Development at the College of Education, will have a unique chance to meet fellow students from across the globe, renowned faculty from universities in Europe, Asia, and the Americas, as well as professionals in the field coming from different countries.

In addition to working with their associated course in the College, they will be attending sessions at the conference, and having professional visits with organizations in Manchester.  This amounts to an excellent opportunity to further learn what they are learning in our College. 

The group will also have a chance to pay a brief visit to Liverpool, and spend the last weekend of their stay in London!
